INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
Kosher Salt
Fresh minced garlic
2 Chicken Legs
STEP
Combine the olive oil, good kosher salt and fresh minced garlic and rub them generously over the chicken legs.
Air fried until the skin was nice and crispy.
Preheat the oven to 350F
Roast the chicken leg for 45 minutes at 375F.
Served with with baked potato. The potato filling with cream cheese, sour cream, tarragon and butter alongside roasted fresh beets and crumbled feta.
