INGREDIENTS
Savenor's Smoked Ham (boneless or semi-boneless)
1/2 cup of water
ALSO GOES WELL WITH THIS RECIPE:
Savenor's Housemade Ham Glaze
STEPS
Preheat oven to 325F.
Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan, cover with foil.
Pour the water at the bottem of the pan or in a separate pan underneath the roasting pan.
Heat the ham to an internal temperature of 140F.
If desired, baste every 20 minutes or so with cooking oil.
Remove the ham from the oven and set on a carving board.
If using Savenor's Housemade Ham Glaze, heat up the glaze on low heat with a teaspoon of water, stir until warm, drizzle over the heated ham or ham slices.
