HOME DELIVERY EVERYDAY

    If you live outside of our delivery radius. Please review shipping option.

  • No, you do not need to be home when we deliver your order. We will ensure that your order is left in a safe and secure location at your doorstep, and you will receive a text notification when your order has been delivered.

    However, if you live in an apartment building, please note that we are required to follow the building’s rules for deliveries. In the event of a lost package, please also contact the building’s concierge and check any available security delivery instructions or notes when you place your order to ensure a smooth delivery process. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • We offer a delivery service up to 10 miles from our butcher shop location, Monday through Saturday. To ensure that we can fulfill your order and deliver it to you on time, we have a cut-off time of 9am every day for orders to be placed.

    After the cut-off time, we prepare your order and have it delivered to your home the same day. Deliveries usually arrive between 12pm-6pm.

    Please send us an email if you don’t receive a text message with tracking information, or if you haven’t received your order by 6pm on scheduled delivery day within 2 days. By contacting us as soon as you notice any issues with your order, we can work together to ensure that you’re satisfied with your online shopping experience.

We vacuum-seal most of the items to prevent leakage. Please note that it will not be applied to some items.

SHIPPING EVERY THUSDAY

    Our system automatically switches to shipping option if you live outside of our home or Cape Cod’s delivery radius.

  • We have a cut-off time of 9 am every Wednesday for a Friday delivery. Over-Night shipping service for the upper Cape region, North Shore, and everywhere else in the United States (other than Alaska and Hawaii, for now). All shipping orders will be going out on Thursdays to arrive on Fridays.

    If you have a specific shipment date in mind, please email Hello@SavenorsMarket.com. We will need at least 3 days’ notice from order, fulfillment, to shipping. Keep in mind that FedEx and UPS don't deliver on Sundays.

  • For shipping orders, the package will ship on Thursday to arrive on Friday. we will send you a tracking link for direct tracking on Thursday. Please email us at us at Hello@SavenorsMarket.com if you don’t receive your tracking information by Thursday at 4 pm.

  • The shipping price will depend on your order, and we charge you at the time of fulfillment.

    The shipping cost is contingent on the final weight of the box and your location. Keep in mind the charge can range from $20 (small box shipped to within MA) to over $135 (22lb box to TX). We ship via FedEx Overnight Priority due to the perishable items.

CAPE COD EVERY FRIDAY

    We currently only offer delivery to specific areas on Cape Cod. If you live outside of our delivery radius. Please review shipping option.

  • For Cape Cod Delivery orders, the cut-off time noon on Thursday. All orders will be going out on Fridays.

    Let us explain: We hand cut, trim, and package every single cut of meat completely fresh. We do not give our customers any frozen meats that are precut and not freshly processed. The only exception for frozen products are game meats and organs, and broths because they do not last long refrigerated.

    Depending on your delivery location and the weather, our top priority is to keep you and your family safe. If there's a heatwave or we are concerned about unpredictable temperature changes during delivery or shipping processes, we will opt to either flash freeze your product before we

  • Yes, we do! You have two options: A physical gift card or an E-gift card.

    For a Physical Gift Card. These gift cards are good to use IN-STORE ONLY. You can choose pick-up in store (Boston or Cambridge) or USPS mail and follow the checkout process.

You will fill out Recipient information, after purchasing an E-Gift Card, this recipient will automatically receive an email with the gift card, alongside your personal message containing a unique code that can be redeemed the gift card on online purchases.

  • If you wish, you are able to save the ice packs and reuse them. They’re perfect for picnics and road trips, so they’re sure to come in handy for keeping your food and drinks warm while away from home. If you’d prefer not to keep them, you can get rid of them, but there’s a proper way to do so.

    The ice packs are made of a water soluble gel. This gel will dissolve in water, but it’s not friendly to the pipes in your home. This means you should not pour the gel down your drains. Instead, you can use scissors to cut open the ice packs and drain the gel into the trash can. After that, you’re able to recycle the plastic packaging the ice packs are made out of.
