Rewards Terms & Conditions
Customers will be awarded one (01) point for every dollar ($1) spent at Savenor’s market when they present their Savenor’s Rewards Card at the time of purchase. All qualifying purchases made within the calendar month will be credited to the customer’s Savenor’s Rewards Account. Unused points expire at the end of the current calendar month.
QUALIFYING PURCHASE EXCEPTIONS
Savenor’s Rewards points may not be combined with other offers. Points will not be issued for items purchased through third parties, such as Amazon Fresh. Points will not be issued for any taxes, tips or refundable deposits.
After each purchase, the customer will receive a receipt which will serve as a confirmation that points have been credited to the customer’s Savenor’s Rewards account. Customers may check their point balance by logging in at savenorsrewards.com. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for account/card activation and customer enrollment.
For every 200 points accumulated within a given calendar month, the customer is eligible to receive that month’s specified reward. Rewards may be redeemed at either the Boston or Cambridge store.
Savenor’s reserves the right to make reward substitutions should the reward not be available at the time of redemption. Should the customer have a food allergy or aversion, substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of Savenor’s Market.
LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
Savenor’s is happy to replace lost or stolen cards. Please contact us and we will issue you a new card.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Savenor’s Market reserves the right to terminate the Savenor’s Rewards Card loyalty program, and/or modify the Savenor’s Rewards Card loyalty program rules, terms and conditions, all without prior notice. Any/all Savenor’s Rewards points issued may be revoked should those points by gained through illegal means or in a manner not authorized by Savenor’s Market.
Savenor’s Market respects the privacy of our customers and will not knowingly share customer data with third parties. We occasionally send e-mails to our Rewards Card members with discounts, offers and information about our Rewards Card reward program.
ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTION
Each customer may only have one account and credits cannot be combined with other Savenor’s Rewards Accounts. Savenor’s Rewards Card loyalty program has no cash value. Points are submitted for reward redemption only. Open only to retail customers. Wholesale customers and Savenor’s Market employee’s are ineligible for this program.
