A class that teaches the craft of sausage making. You will learn:
-The role that casing plays in sausage making
-How to properly dry the sausage to achieve a great bite & deep flavor
-The science behind protein and fat ratio and how they factor for a juicy sausage
-Hands-on sausage making: you grid, mix and pipe your own sausage.
-Sausage links to take home.
Classes run by request only. Please contact us to schedule a date you would like to attend a class. Each class is available for up to two people- however each person has to purchase a ticket. We can make special accommodations if you have a larger party!
Classes are normally held on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Starting at 8:30 A.M.
Purchasing as a gift? If you would like to let the recipient choose a date/time simply buy a ticket. The recipient can email us with the date they have in mine.
