We start our daily grind with fresh trim and top round. Nothing added! All our beef is US grown tested before grinding. Our grinder is cleaned between each session and there is nothing scary or unknown about our process!
Our local grass fed beef comes straight from Farmer Ray in Chesterville, Maine. Ray’s quality beef has started tounges wagging and is now the star of the Ultimate Burger by Boston Magazine!
Want to make sure your getting a fresh piece you can call your own? Our butchers can also grind any cut of beef you see in our case. We can also custom grind your own blend of beef, veal, lamb or pork (no poultry). Call ahead and let us know what you would like. Price of custom grind is cost of product plus $1 dollar grind fee for every lot.
