Metro PedalPower

In keeping with our commitment to a lower carbon footprint and to support local business, we offer local deliveries in Boston, Cambridge and Somerville through MetroPedalPower bicycle delivery service. You can choose a same-day delivery window of 3-5 PM, 5-7 PM or between 3-7PM (cheaper). See our complete price list and coverage areas here.

*Charles street store offers ASAP cab option; price determined by Town Taxi.
*Rush orders available at additional charge.
*Additional $1 per bag charge for bags/boxes beyond 4 per order.
*Next Day delivery available, same price as 4-hour window same day delivery.

Packaging & Shipping

Savenor’s Market is currently shipping to anywhere within the Continental United States.

Savenor’s food products are shipped safely using Cryovac technology.
Orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped overnight the following day.
Example:
-Order is placed at 4:00 EST on Monday.
-Order is shipped overnight on Tuesday.
-Order is received by customer on Wednesday morning.

All credit card transaction and security verification take place using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to provide our clients the highest level of protection.

Returns & Exchanges

We welcome and appreciate all customer comments and concerns. Savenor’s Market will provide a full refund or exchange for all products that are defective. For obvious reasons, customer errors cannot be refunded. However, we will work to satisfy all requests. Store customers: please speak to us about any item you have not been satisfied with. Also email us at customerservice@savenorsmarket.com so we can address your issue. We will have a customer service representative contact you immediately.

For orders shipped out of our area, we regret that we can only replace items that are damaged during shipping.
