A class that teaches the craft of sausage making. You will learn:

-The role that casing plays in sausage making
-How to properly dry the sausage to achieve a great bite & deep flavor
-The science behind protein and fat ratio and how they factor for a juicy sausage
-Hands-on sausage making: you grid, mix and pipe your own sausage.
-Sausage links to take home.

Classes will be held from 2–3PM or 10–11AM. If you have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
